Leveraging our proprietary patented technologies in steering system machining, we have overcome key technical challenges including high-precision tooth profile processing, dynamic balance optimization, and low-friction transmission, achieving globally leading product performance.  

We have established a comprehensive intelligent precision manufacturing system, utilizing CNC turning, five-axis machining centers, and precision grinding processes to ensure component dimensional tolerances are consistently controlled within ±0.005mm. This enables a 15% improvement in transmission efficiency and a 30% extension in product lifespan, setting new industry benchmarks. For EPS systems, our innovative integration of high-sensitivity torque sensors and closed-loop control algorithms significantly enhances control accuracy and driving safety. Our worm gear products, featuring the proprietary dual-lead meshing technology, reduce operational noise to below 65 decibels (dB), meeting the stringent quietness requirements of new energy vehicles.  

To date, we hold 22 national invention patents and are certified under the IATF 16949 quality management system, with an annual production capacity of 2 million core steering system components.
